Interns who perform well and demonstrate a commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, teamwork, passion and excellence may be extended employment opportunities with Western Alliance Bank.The intern will be a team member of:--- Institutional Commercial Real Estate Finance (ICREF) is a business line that develops loan relationships with regional, super-regional, national real estate investor/developers, operating companies, investment funds, and REITs across the United States.What we are looking for:

• Projects that our intern would work on would be: Credit Lens ad hoc reporting and data entry, spreading of financial statements (including rent roll analysis), using the Co-Star database for commercial real estate research reporting, and working with analysts to request financial information from borrowers.Individuals who are passionate and entrepreneurial, just like our clients. Specifically, we're looking for top-performers interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking.You may be a fit for the program if you meet certain eligibility requirements, including:
  • Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision
  • An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industryTo be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
