This position supports a core and foundational component of the Company's future-state roadmap and efforts to integrate and execute our operational technology and process-based solutions.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:--
      • Supports Republic Services' Electric Vehicle Strategy across the organization.
      • Assists the EV Charging Project Manager with the development of the EV infrastructure engineering, construction, hardware, and software partnerships for multiple sites across various geographical locations to enable successful EV operations on time and on budget.
      • Works closely with site personnel, contractors, engineers, and finance teams to define and align on project specifications.
      • Manages the development of electric forklift charging infrastructure engineering and construction for multiple sites across California to enable successful operations on time and on budget.
      • Administers client and vendor financial obligations including invoicing, reporting and contracts.
      • Conducts ad hoc analyses and reporting as needed.
      • Actively generates recommendations on improvements/efficiencies for process or programmatic changes.
      • Helps support project planning and change management for key initiatives and programs
      • Works closely with team and key business partners to develop project communications & training plans and materials.
      • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:--
        • 2 years of project management experience.
        • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce
        • Experience with Sitetracker is a bonus
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
        • Demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team
        • Ability to read construction drawings and develop strategies for charging infrastructure.
        • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
        • Strong organization and prioritization skillsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:--
          • 5 years of experience in one or more roles focusing on process improvement and financial analysis in the waste industry or related field(s)
