Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Counsel to join their Legal
and Compliance team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and organization of board meetings and
maintain corporate records
Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts while managing
compliance and renewals
Manage state licensing applications and ensure compliance with
regulations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate governance and
contracts management
Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
Experience in state licensing administration
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
