Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel for their Follow Up
Boss business line.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the legal point of contact for product development,
marketing, and customer support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal matters
throughout the product lifecycle
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and analyze
legislative changes impacting products
Required Qualifications
3-7+ years of experience as product counsel in a law firm or
in-house legal department, preferably in tech
JD with active state bar admission
Experience with licensing, intellectual property, and commercial
agreements
Experience in marketing, data, privacy, and/or advertising law
Desire to take ownership of projects and work collaboratively
across departments
