and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices and
implementation in complex systems and assignments. Bring you
creativity to help design new products, utilize your expertise in
design concept generation, participate in design reviews, develop
and test to assess performance against design specification;
reliability testing, and assessment of system interactions. You
have the opportunity to make independent decisions, assist in the
development of manufacturing processes and troubleshooting issues
to determine root cause and engineering solutions.---
- Leads in efforts to define new components, products or
processes. Identifies and solves technical challenges.
- Designing and executes experiments to test hypotheses related
to project outcomes.
- Apply advanced scientific knowledge to projects; determines
priorities for experiments.
- Participates or leads multi-functional technical teams.
Provides technical direction and feedback to others.
- You will practice and mentor in the use of company concepts,
policies, and procedures, familiar with and follows standard
practices.
- Assures experimental quality through sound, independent,
experimental design.
- You will monitor work to ensure quality and continuously
promote Quality First Time.Who You Are
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a directly
related field and 8 years of related experience;
- OR a MS degree in a directly related field plus 4 years related
experience required;
- OR a PhD degree in a directly related field and 2 years of
related experience required.
- Recent hands-on working experience in electrical analog &
digital design/development and recent hands-on working experience
in firmware design/development.Preferred Qualifications
- Orcad, Mentor Graphics or Altium schematics capture
- Knowledgeable in using test equipment (Digital Storage
Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Current probe,
JTAG Emulators for programming CPLD/FPGA, Logic analyzer,
Multimeter, etc.)
- Embedded Controllers and FPGA design and testing
- Familiarity with 18F Microchip family of parts
- Programming Languages (VHDL, Python, LabVIEW, Matlab, C, C#,
Assembly)
- Familiarity with ARM-based processorsRelocation benefits are

this position based on the primary location of Arizona is $95,600 -
$177,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience,
qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors
permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available
based on individual and Company performance. This position also
